InstaGourd ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the InstaGourd app ("App").

We built InstaGourd to be a fun, creative experience. We collect as little data as possible and do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account to use InstaGourd. The App may collect the following limited information:

• Crash reports and diagnostic data to help us fix bugs (collected anonymously via Apple's standard crash reporting)
• App usage analytics (e.g., which features are used most) collected in aggregate, without identifying individual users
• If you use the in-app sharing feature, the images you choose to share are processed solely to fulfill that action

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Your location
• Photos from your camera roll (the App only accesses photos you explicitly choose to save or share)
• Any information about your device beyond standard crash diagnostics

Third-Party Services

InstaGourd is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect certain information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review Apple's privacy practices.

We do not integrate any third-party advertising networks or data brokers.

Children's Privacy

InstaGourd is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from any user, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to retain or delete. Crash and analytics data is held in anonymized, aggregate form and cannot be linked back to any individual user.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
